SodaSlim Website Terms of Use
Sodaslimbalance.com gives general information about SodaSlim capsules. It is not medical advice. When you order, you buy through the official sales page at sodaslim.com, under its checkout terms. We are a USA authorized retailer, not the manufacturer, and we earn money from orders through our links. Refunds go through the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480.

The basics
What do these terms cover?
These terms cover your use of sodaslimbalance.com. By reading or using the pages, you agree to them.
The site is run by Sodaslimbalance, a USA authorized SodaSlim retailer. We write about the product, its label and the public research on its ingredients. We do not make the capsules.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site. Questions about them can go to [email protected].
These terms sit beside our privacy policy and our disclaimer. Read all three together.
Information only
Is the SodaSlim website medical advice?
No. Everything on the site is general information for adults. It does not replace a visit with a doctor, pharmacist or dietitian who knows your health.
What the site does
- Types out the SodaSlim label word for word
- Explains what each ingredient was studied for, with links to the sources
- Lists prices, packs and the guarantee as the sales page shows them
- Points out cautions, such as the 138 mg of caffeine per capsule
What the site does not do
- Diagnose, treat or prevent any condition
- Tell you whether SodaSlim is safe for your body
- Promise any amount of weight change
- Review your medicines for interactions
If you take medicine or have a health condition, the label says to consult a physician before use. Our medicines page lists the questions worth asking.
Who sells it
Who are you buying SodaSlim from?
You buy from the merchant behind the official sales page at sodaslim.com. Our order buttons pass you to that page, and its checkout terms govern the sale.
| Role | Who | Contact |
|---|---|---|
| Information website | Sodaslimbalance (USA authorized retailer) | [email protected] |
| Checkout and payment | The sodaslim.com sales page and its payment processor | Shown on the checkout and in the order email |
| Tracking, refunds | Order support | +1 (302) 200-3480, [email protected] |
| Named on the label | Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404 | +1 (507) 448-8190 |
| Manufacturer | Not published | Not published |
We earn money when you order through our links. That does not change the price you pay. It is the reason we disclose it next to order buttons.
Links
How do links to the sales page work?
Every order button goes to a short redirect page on our site, which forwards you to sodaslim.com.
No direct checkout link was visible on the sales page on October 12, 2026. So the buttons land on the official page, where you choose a pack.
Once you leave our site, the other site's terms and privacy notice apply. We do not control its content, prices, countdown timers or stock messages.
Prices we show come from the sales page on October 12, 2026: $79, $69 or $49 a bottle depending on the pack. If the checkout shows a different price, the checkout price is the one you pay. See current prices.
Links to public sources such as NIH, FDA and FTC are given so you can check our work. We are not responsible for changes on those sites.
Guarantee
Where do the guarantee terms come from?
The money-back guarantee belongs to the merchant, not to this website. Every pack shows a 60-day guarantee on the sales page.
The sales page words it in more than one way. One part counts 60 days from purchase. Another says it applies after at least 30 days of use. The returns page counts from delivery.
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. Ask which date the 60 days count from and where to send bottles. Buyer pays return shipping. Use a tracked service.
Full details are on the guarantee page and the refund policy.
Fair use
What may you do with the site's content?
You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please link to the page rather than copying it in full.
- Quote short passages with a link back.
- Do not copy pages to another website or present them as your own.
- Do not use the brand images to sell other products.
- Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site in bulk.
Product names, label art and brand graphics belong to their owners. We show them to describe the product, not to claim them.
Accuracy
What if something on the site is wrong?
We check every number against the bottle label or a public source, and we date each update. Even so, labels, prices and research can change.
The physical label on your bottle always wins over our pages. If you spot a gap between them, tell us at [email protected] and we will correct it.
We do not promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors at all times.
Liability
What are we responsible for?
In plain terms: we are responsible for writing honestly and fixing mistakes. We are not responsible for how a supplement affects you, or for what happens on other sites.
Your health choices
You decide whether to take SodaSlim. Check with a doctor first if you take medicine or have a condition.
The sale itself
Orders, delivery, charges and refunds sit with the merchant and the order desk, not with this website.
Limits of law
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the site. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
Changes
When can these terms change?
We may update these terms when the site or the buying process changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Which state's law governs these terms will be set during legal review. Until then, nothing here takes away consumer rights you have where you live.
Note
Are these terms final?
Not yet. These are draft terms in plain English, written to match how the site works today. They are waiting for review by legal counsel.
FAQ
SodaSlim terms of use FAQ
Is SodaSlim sold directly on this website?
No. Sodaslimbalance is an information site run by a USA authorized retailer. Order buttons forward you to the official sales page at sodaslim.com, where you pick a pack and pay under that site's checkout terms.
Can I rely on the SodaSlim website instead of my doctor?
No. The site gives general information only and is not medical advice. Each capsule has 138 mg of caffeine, so check with a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medicine or have a health condition.
Who handles a SodaSlim refund?
The order desk, not this website. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected] with your order ID. The website inbox cannot see orders or issue refunds.
Does the website earn money from SodaSlim orders?
Yes. Sodaslimbalance earns money when you order through its links. The price you pay is the same, and we say so near the order buttons.
What if the price at checkout differs from the website?
Pay attention to the checkout. The prices we list were taken from the sales page on October 12, 2026. If the checkout shows something else, that is the price that applies, and you can tell us so we can update.
Can I copy SodaSlim website content to my blog?
You can quote short passages with a link back to the original page. Copying whole pages or using brand images to sell other products is not allowed under these terms.

A small team that reads the SodaSlim label line by line, checks every number against public health sources (NIH ODS, NCCIH, LiverTox, EFSA, CDC, NIDDK, FDA, FTC) and rewrites it in plain English.
