SodaSlim Disclaimer: FDA Statement, Earnings and Reviews
SodaSlim is sold as a dietary supplement, not as a drug. The FDA has not evaluated its label claims, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Sodaslimbalance is a USA authorized retailer that earns money from orders through its links. No customer reviews are shown until they can be verified. Nothing on the site is medical advice.

FDA statement
What does the SodaSlim FDA disclaimer mean?
The label prints this line: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." It applies to every claim with an asterisk.
FDA does not have the authority to approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA: supplements are not pre-approved). The maker and distributor are responsible for safety and labeling. So the four front-label claims are the brand's own words, not tested findings.
| Claim on the bottle | Evaluated by FDA? | Published trial of SodaSlim? |
|---|---|---|
| "Metabolic & Appetite Support*" | No | Not published |
| "Supports Craving Control & Satiety*" | No | Not published |
| "Promotes Energy Production From Fat*" | No | Not published |
| "Helps Support Healthy Weight Management*" | No | Not published |
Badges such as "GMP Certified" name no certifier. FDA also issues no registration certificates for products (FDA: no registration certificates). Our testing and quality page explains each badge.
Not advice
Is anything on this site medical advice?
No. The pages explain the label and the public research in plain words. They cannot weigh your health history, your medicines or your test results.
The label itself says to consult a physician before use, especially if you take a medication or have a medical condition. Take that line seriously. Each capsule holds 138 mg of caffeine, and two of the extracts are linked to rare liver injury.
Use the site to prepare questions, then bring them to your doctor or pharmacist. The side effects page is a good place to start.
What it is not
Is SodaSlim a weight-loss treatment?
No. SodaSlim is a dietary supplement, not a drug and not a weight-loss medicine. NCCIH says that, of the supplements studied, none have been shown to be effective for weight loss (NCCIH: weight control).
Not a medicine
Approved prescription medicines for weight exist for adults who qualify (NIDDK: prescription weight-loss medicines). SodaSlim is not one of them.
Not a shortcut
NIH says lifestyle change is the basis for lasting weight loss (NIH ODS: lifestyle is the basis). Food, activity and sleep do the heavy lifting.
Not for everyone
The label rules out anyone under 18 and pregnant or nursing mothers. Caffeine adds more cautions for some adults.
Individual experiences vary. We do not promise any result, any amount of weight change or any timeline.
How we earn
Does this website earn money from SodaSlim?
Yes. Sodaslimbalance is a USA authorized SodaSlim retailer, and we earn money when you order through the buttons on our pages.
FTC guidance says material ties between a seller and the person talking about a product must be disclosed (FTC: Endorsement Guides FAQ). That is why the disclosure appears near order buttons and here.
- You pay the same price whether or not you use our links.
- The payment does not change what we write about the evidence.
- We are not the manufacturer and do not write for the brand.
- We do not accept payment to remove criticism.
How pages are researched and checked is set out in our editorial standards.

Reviews
Why are there no SodaSlim customer reviews here?
Because none have been verified yet. We do not publish star scores, review counts, customer names or quotes until we can confirm they come from real buyers.
Since August 14, 2024, an FTC rule allows civil penalties for fake or AI-written reviews and paid sentiment (FTC: fake reviews rule 2024). The FTC also notes that you cannot reliably spot a fake review just by looking (FTC: how to evaluate online reviews).
Some marketing for the product shows customer statistics and testimonials. We do not repeat them. The reviews page explains what we will publish once real reviews arrive.
Sales page
What should you know about the sales page?
The order buttons lead to the official sales page, which we do not control. A few elements there are worth reading calmly.
Countdown and stock lines
The page shows a 30:00 timer and "While Supplies Last". We do not copy them, and we have no stock data.
Journal logos
A "Scientific References" image shows journal logos with a line saying the company is not affiliated with those organizations.
Customer statistics
A customer statistic appears without a source we could check, so we leave it out.
FDA lists quick fixes, promises of sure results and testimonials among common warning signs in health marketing (FDA: 6 tip-offs to health fraud).
Accuracy
How accurate and current is the information?
We take product facts from the bottle label and prices from the sales page, both checked on October 12, 2026. Research comes from NIH, FDA, FTC, EFSA, CDC and peer-reviewed reviews, each linked.
Labels and prices can change without notice. The label on your bottle always comes first. If you find a difference, write to [email protected].
When we correct a page, the updated date at the top moves forward. We do not quietly change facts without changing the date.
Images
What do the images on the site show?
Product photos and brand graphics show the bottle, the label and the ingredients. Lifestyle photos show everyday habits only. None of them show results from taking SodaSlim.
We do not use before-and-after photos, endorser photos or photos of reviewers. Captions say plainly when a graphic repeats the brand's own words.

FAQ
SodaSlim disclaimer FAQ
Is SodaSlim approved by the FDA?
No. FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold, and the SodaSlim label says its statements have not been evaluated by FDA. The maker and distributor are responsible for safety and labeling.
Can SodaSlim treat obesity?
No. SodaSlim is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It is a dietary supplement. Approved prescription medicines for weight exist, and a doctor can tell you whether you qualify.
Is Sodaslimbalance paid when I buy SodaSlim?
Yes. As a USA authorized retailer, Sodaslimbalance earns money when you order through its links. Your price stays the same, and the payment does not change what the pages say about the evidence.
Why does the SodaSlim website show no star rating?
No reviews have been verified yet. We do not publish scores, counts, names or quotes until we can confirm they come from real buyers, in line with the FTC's 2024 rule on fake reviews.
Does the SodaSlim label carry an FDA statement?
Yes. It says the statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The asterisks on the front claims point to it.
What should I do if SodaSlim makes me feel unwell?
Stop taking it and contact your doctor. Signs such as dark urine or yellow skin or eyes need prompt medical attention. You can also report a supplement problem to FDA.
Who wrote this
Written and reviewed by
A small team that reads the SodaSlim label line by line, checks every number against public health sources (NIH ODS, NCCIH, LiverTox, EFSA, CDC, NIDDK, FDA, FTC) and rewrites it in plain English. We do not write for the manufacturer, and we update a page whenever the label, the prices or the evidence changes.
