Soda Slim Capsules Reviews: 7 Checks Before You Trust Any Review
Soda Slim capsules reviews need checking before you trust them. No review on this site has been matched to a real order yet, so we publish no star score. Before you trust one elsewhere, run seven checks: who wrote it, where it was posted, whether it names the 138 mg of caffeine, whether it dates the price, whether it reads like an ad and whether it mentions side effects.

Our position
Why does this site show no SodaSlim review score?
Because we cannot yet prove that a single review came from a real buyer. Until the order desk confirms a purchase, a review is just text on a screen.
That rule costs us a star rating, and we accept the cost. The FTC finalized a rule in 2024 that bans fake reviews and testimonials, including reviews written by people who never used the product (FTC: fake reviews rule (2024)). We would rather show nothing than show something we cannot stand behind.
It also shapes how we read soda slim reviews on other sites. A review wall with hundreds of five-star entries and no order check is not evidence. It is a design choice.
The seven checks below are the ones we use on our own inbox. They work just as well on Reddit, Amazon, Trustpilot, a BBB page or a sales page.
Checks 1 to 3
Who wrote the review, and where was it posted?
Check 1: can you see who wrote it?
A name, a date and a pack size are the minimum. Soda slim reviews on Reddit are at least tied to a user history you can open. A quote with a first name and a city, and nothing else, is not traceable.
Check 2: where did it appear?
Sodaslim reviews on a sales page were chosen by the seller. Reviews on Amazon or Trustpilot can be filtered by date and star count, which lets you see patterns. The FTC suggests looking at the spread of ratings, not only the average (FTC: how to evaluate online reviews).
Check 3: is the reviewer paid?
The FTC's Endorsement Guides require a clear disclosure when a reviewer has a material connection to the seller (FTC: Endorsement Guides FAQ). We have one, and we print it on every page. A glowing review that hides one is a red flag.
Two searches turn up often: soda slim reviews consumer reports and sodaslim bbb. We checked neither claim for you, because we cannot verify what another organization has or has not published. If a review quotes a report, open the report yourself.
Checks 4 and 5
Does the review match the label and the price?
A real user has held the bottle. The label on that bottle prints five ingredients with amounts: 138 mg of caffeine anhydrous and 130 mg each of green coffee bean extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia extract and green tea extract.
- Check 4: does the review mention caffeine at all? A capsule with 138 mg of caffeine is hard to miss. A review that never names it may describe a different product, or none.
- Check 5: does the review date its price? Packs were $79, $69 and $49 a bottle on the sales page when we checked on October 12, 2026. A review that quotes a very different price may be old, or may be about a marketplace listing we cannot verify.
Soda slim reviews amazon and soda slim reviews walmart are common searches. We cannot confirm any marketplace seller, and we do not know whether a marketplace bottle is covered by the 60-day guarantee. A review of a marketplace bottle tells you little about the official product.
The label says one capsule daily. A review that describes taking two or three capsules is describing use the label forbids, and any effect it reports is not the label dose.
Checks 6 and 7
Does it read like an ad, and does it mention side effects?
Check 6 is tone. The FTC's Gut Check guide lists weight-loss claims that are always false, such as losing substantial weight without diet or exercise (FTC: Gut Check). A review that repeats one of those lines is marketing, whoever signed it.
FDA's own fraud guide adds the tip-offs: a quick fix, one product that does it all, and personal testimonials in place of evidence (FDA: 6 tip-offs to health fraud). Sodaslim before and after photos fall into that last group. They cannot be checked, so they carry no weight here.
Check 7 is side effects. MedlinePlus lists restlessness, trouble sleeping, a fast heart rate and anxiety as signs of too much caffeine (MedlinePlus: caffeine). An honest review of a 138 mg caffeine capsule will often mention at least one of them, or say that none appeared. A review with no mention of how the capsule felt is thin.
Soda slim capsules reviews side effects is a search we respect. The full ingredient-by-ingredient list is on our SodaSlim side effects page.

What are the key facts a SodaSlim review cannot change?
- SodaSlim is a dietary supplement, not a drug. It is not FDA approved, and no supplement is approved by FDA before sale (FDA: supplements are not pre-approved).
- Each capsule holds 138 mg of caffeine anhydrous, the largest single amount on the label.
- NCCIH says that, of the weight-loss supplements it has studied, none has been shown to work (NCCIH: weight control).
- The garcinia line gives about 65 mg of HCA a day; the 12-week trial NIH describes used 1,500 mg (NIH ODS: weight-loss supplements).
- The best-known green coffee study was retracted in 2014 (Green coffee study retracted (2014)).
- Every pack carries a 60-day money-back guarantee, claimed by phone with your order ID.

Reading the critics
What would a fair negative SodaSlim review say?
Soda slim reviews negative and sodaslim complaints are searches people run to find the catch. We can tell you where a fair critic would aim, because the label gives the targets.
- The doses are small next to the research. Green coffee bean extract is 130 mg a day here against 180 to 200 mg in trials (NIH ODS: weight-loss supplements).
- Raspberry ketone has only been studied in people as part of combinations, so NIH calls the evidence insufficient (NIH ODS: weight-loss supplements).
- Two ingredients carry liver warnings. LiverTox rates green tea extract a well-established cause of rare liver injury and garcinia a probable one (LiverTox: green tea) (LiverTox: Garcinia cambogia).
- The guarantee wording differs between parts of the sales page: from the date of purchase, after at least 30 days of use, or from delivery.
A review that raises those points is doing its job. A review that calls the product a miracle, or a review that calls it poison, has skipped the label.
If you want our own scorecard, it is on the SodaSlim reviews page. We score six points against sources, and we say which ones score badly.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions about SodaSlim reviews
Are there verified SodaSlim customer reviews on this site?
Not yet. We publish a review only after the order desk confirms the purchase behind it. Until then the review slots stay empty, and there is no star rating, review count or customer quote on this website.
Are soda slim reviews on Reddit reliable?
They can be a useful starting point because each post links to a user history. Treat them as single experiences, not data. Check whether the post names the caffeine, the pack price and any side effects.
Does Consumer Reports or the BBB rate SodaSlim?
We have not verified any Consumer Reports article or BBB listing for SodaSlim, so we make no claim either way. If a review cites one, open the original source and read it yourself.
Why do so many sodaslim reviews mention caffeine?
Because each capsule holds 138 mg of caffeine anhydrous, roughly one to two small cups of coffee. MedlinePlus lists restlessness, insomnia, a fast heart rate and anxiety as signs of too much caffeine, so honest reviewers often report how the capsule felt.
Is a sodaslim before and after photo good evidence?
No. FDA lists personal testimonials among the tip-offs to health fraud, and photos cannot be checked for timing, editing or other changes in diet and activity. Weight change depends on food, activity and sleep far more than on any capsule.
How do I leave a review that this site will publish?
Email [email protected] with your order ID. We ask the order desk to confirm the purchase first. Reviews that cannot be matched to an order are not published.
Our view
Our view: which SodaSlim reviews deserve your trust?
Sodaslim reviews are only as good as the checks behind them. We hold our own reviews to an order match, and that is why there are none to show yet.
If you read reviews elsewhere, run the seven checks. Most reviews fail at least two, usually the price date and the caffeine mention.
The facts that matter do not need a reviewer. The label says 138 mg of caffeine and four 130 mg extracts, the research doses are higher, and the guarantee is 60 days. Decide on those, and ask your doctor before you start if you take any medicine or have a health condition.

Who wrote and reviewed this checklist?
We read the SodaSlim label line by line, compare each number with the public sources linked in the text, and say plainly when a fact is not published. We sell SodaSlim, so every claim here names its source.
