Is SodaSlim Legit or a Scam? A 6-Step Check Before You Buy
SodaSlim is a real, legally sold dietary supplement with a fully printed label, a traceable order desk and a 60-day guarantee. That makes it legitimate as a product. Whether it is legit for weight loss is a different question: no trial has tested it, and NCCIH says no studied weight-loss supplement has been shown to work.

Is SodaSlim a legit product or a scam? The short answer
It is a legitimate product. A scam, in plain terms, takes your money and sends nothing, or sends something that is not what it says. SodaSlim does neither on the evidence we can check.
The bottle exists, holds 30 capsules and prints a full Supplement Facts panel. The order desk answers a published phone number. The guarantee is printed on every pack.
The harder question is whether the capsule does what the front panel suggests. There, the honest answer is that nobody knows, because SodaSlim has never been tested in a published trial.
Is sodaslim legit for weight loss? NCCIH says that of the supplements it has reviewed, none has been shown to be effective for weight loss (NCCIH: weight control). SodaSlim's five ingredients are among the ones NIH has reviewed, and each one comes out with weak or missing evidence (NIH ODS: weight-loss supplements).
So the six-step check below separates two things: is the seller real, and is the promise real.
Steps 1 and 2
Can you trace the seller and read the full label?
Step 1: trace the money
Our order buttons forward to the official sodaslim.com sales page. The checkout shows the pack, the shipping line and the total before you pay. Refunds run through +1 (302) 200-3480, the BuyGoods order desk, and the return address is 733 Third Avenue, Floor 15, New York, NY 10017. A scam hides these; here they are printed.
Step 2: read every line of the label
Sodaslim real or fake comes down to the label. The real one prints 138 mg of caffeine anhydrous and 130 mg each of green coffee bean extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia extract and green tea extract, in a hypromellose capsule. No proprietary blend hides the amounts. The distributor is Gex Corporation LLP, Ogden, UT 84404.
Both steps pass. That is the floor for a legitimate product, not proof that it works.
Sodaslimbalance is a USA authorized retailer, and we are not the manufacturer. We earn a commission on orders, which is why each step names what you can check yourself.
Steps 3 and 4
Do the claims pass the FTC and FDA fraud tests?
Step 3 uses the FTC. Its Gut Check guide names claims that are always false in weight-loss ads, including substantial weight loss without diet or exercise and permanent weight loss (FTC: Gut Check). The SodaSlim label makes none of them. Its three claim boxes say craving control and satiety, energy production from fat, and healthy weight management, each with an asterisk tied to the FDA statement.
Those are structure/function claims. They are allowed on a supplement, and they are not evidence. The FTC's health products guidance says sellers need competent and reliable scientific evidence for health claims (FTC: health products compliance guidance). No study of SodaSlim exists, so the claims rest on ingredient research, which is thin.
Step 4 uses FDA's six tip-offs to health fraud: one product that does it all, personal testimonials, a quick fix, all natural, miracle cure and conspiracy theories (FDA: 6 tip-offs to health fraud). The label avoids most of them. The sales page shows an all natural badge, and FDA names that phrase as a common tip-off. Caffeine anhydrous is a processed form of caffeine, not a whole plant.
SodaSlim is not FDA approved. No dietary supplement is, because FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA: supplements are not pre-approved). A seller who says otherwise fails step 4 on the spot.

The only order route we can trace from click to checkout is the official sales page, and that is where our button goes.Disclosure: Sodaslimbalance is a USA authorized SodaSlim retailer and is paid a commission on orders placed through this button. Your price does not change.
See today's price and guaranteeSteps 5 and 6
Is the guarantee real, and is the evidence honest?
Step 5 is the guarantee. Every pack shows a 60-day money-back guarantee. The sales page counts it from the date of purchase in one place, says it applies after at least 30 days of use in another, and its returns page counts a step from delivery. The buyer pays return postage and should use a tracked service.
Mixed wording is not a scam sign, but it is a reason to call early. Follow the strictest version and every version is satisfied: count from the order date and call before day 45.
Step 6 is the evidence, and this is where a careful buyer slows down.
| Ingredient | Per capsule | What the research shows |
|---|---|---|
| Caffeine anhydrous | 138 mg | 100 mg raised energy use by about 9.2 calories an hour for three hours or more; tolerance blunts it (NIH ODS: weight-loss supplements) |
| Green coffee bean extract | 130 mg | Trials used 180 to 200 mg a day; the best-known study was retracted and its marketer settled with the FTC (Green coffee study retracted (2014)) (FTC: green coffee settlement (2014)) |
| Raspberry ketone | 130 mg | Studied in people only in combinations; insufficient evidence (NIH ODS: weight-loss supplements) |
| Garcinia extract | 130 mg (about 65 mg HCA) | A 12-week trial at 1,500 mg HCA found no benefit over placebo (NIH ODS: weight-loss supplements) |
| Green tea extract | 130 mg (about 58.5 mg EGCG) | Linked to rare liver injury; EFSA flags 800 mg EGCG a day (EFSA: green tea catechins (2018)) |
Honest evidence means saying this out loud. We do, and the manufacturer's sales page mostly does not.

What remains open
Which scam warning signs are absent, and which questions stay open?
Absent: hidden amounts, a missing seller, an unreachable refund line, a claim of FDA approval and a cure promise. None of those appears on the label or the sales page we checked.
Open: a third-party lab result, a named GMP certifier, delivery days and the name of the physician behind the physician formulated badge. None of those is published, so we do not repeat them as facts.
Who should not take it is also part of a legit check, because a legit seller tells you. The label says not for anyone under 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers, and to consult a physician first if you take a medication or have a medical condition. NCCIH notes that high doses of green tea can reduce the effect of nadolol (NCCIH: green tea).
Any health question, including whether a caffeine capsule suits you, belongs with your doctor rather than with a sales page or with us.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions: is SodaSlim legit?
Is SodaSlim a scam?
No, on the evidence we can check. It is a real dietary supplement with a printed label, a published order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480, a return address and a 60-day guarantee on every pack. A scam hides those details; SodaSlim prints them.
Is SodaSlim legit for weight loss?
No trial has tested SodaSlim, and NCCIH says none of the weight-loss supplements it has studied has been shown to work. Its doses sit below the amounts used in ingredient trials. Treat it as a caffeine capsule with four small extracts, not as a weight-loss medicine.
How can I tell a real SodaSlim bottle from a fake?
Compare the Supplement Facts panel with the real label: 138 mg caffeine anhydrous and 130 mg each of green coffee bean extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia extract and green tea extract, 30 capsules, distributor Gex Corporation LLP in Ogden, Utah. Different numbers, a proprietary blend or a broken safety seal are reasons to stop.
Is SodaSlim FDA approved?
No. FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold, so no supplement is FDA approved. The bottle prints the usual disclaimer that FDA has not evaluated its claims.
Does the 60-day guarantee make SodaSlim safe to try?
It makes it cheaper to stop, not safer to take. The guarantee is a purchase policy. Safety depends on your caffeine tolerance, your liver health and your medicines, so ask a doctor first if any of those is a concern.

Sodaslimbalance, a USA authorized SodaSlim retailer, not the manufacturer. Our buttons forward to the official sales page, and we are paid a commission on orders. Our website email cannot see orders; the order desk can.
Our view
Our view: legit product, unproven promise?
Is sodaslim legit? As a product, yes. The label is open, the seller is traceable and the guarantee is printed. That clears the scam question.
As a weight-loss answer, it is unproven. The caffeine effect is small and fades, and the four extracts sit below studied doses or have no evidence of their own.
Buy it, if you do, as an adult who handles caffeine well and expects a modest morning lift at most. Keep the order email, count from the purchase date, and let your doctor know if you take any medicine.

Run the six steps, then decide. The sales page shows the price, shipping and guarantee before payment.Disclosure: Sodaslimbalance is a USA authorized SodaSlim retailer and is paid a commission on orders placed through this button. Your price does not change.
